It’s all part of “Hometown Hundreds,” a unique community development program sponsored exclusively by Central State Bank and radio station AM-860 KWPC.
It’s easy to participate. Simply print and fill out a Hometown Hundreds entry form, indicating the name of your favorite charity in the greater Muscatine area. In order to qualify, it must be a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)(3) designation. Then drop your form off in one of the Official Entry Boxes located at all sponsor locations. If you prefer, you can also mail it to Central State Bank, Attention: Hometown Hundreds, P.O. Box 146, Muscatine, IA 52761. Entry forms are also available at all sponsor locations, or you can enter online if you wish.
All entries received through Wednesday of each week will be eligible for a random drawing held every Friday. If your name is drawn, the bank and KWPC will make a one hundred dollar donation on your behalf to your favorite charity as indicated on your entry form.
Weekly drawings will be held for a full year beginning Friday, March 3, 2006. You can enter as many times as you like, but you can win only once per calendar month and only twice during the 52 week contest period. Likewise, a charitable organization can win only once per calendar month and only twice during the year-long contest period.
Be sure to enter often because each week we’ll clear out all of the entries from the previous period and start with a fresh new batch!
Winners will be announced weekly on AM-860 KWPC. In addition, a list of winners will be updated periodically and posted on the KWPC website.
